FML. this has to be the worst taco bell in the whole world. i thought the one in squamish was bad, but this one takes the cake. they can't serve a crowd to save their lives, the food takes forever and they forget half of your order.
taco bell is taco bell. i'm not expecting michelin stars here, but i'd like my food to come out in 20 minutes or less, seeing as everything is made ahead of time.

every time i've been here the service has been absolutely atrocious and rude. last night the man (i say man he was at least 30) was so rude to me and kept interrupting me when i was trying to order. he was yelling and trying to get me to buy a combo but i didn't want a combo i just wanted a side of fries with my burrito thing. he was so unnecessarily rude. it's not that i expect much out of a fast food worker but this was ridiculous and it's never good service here. avoid at all costs.

I took my two sons out for some late night dinner after a long day breaking and entering Brooks' house. My first son ordered a party pack... okay simple enough it's 10 tacos 2 fries and 2 nachos for 20.99$. I go up and order a Crunchwrap supreme. Super simple to make. My next son goes up and orders ANOTHER party pack (now both my kids are bylemic and anerixic so thats why the party pack) 2 minutes goes by and no joke the first party pack is ready. 10 minutes go by, my nexts sons party pack is ready. And still no Crunchwrap combo. She asks what I'm waiting for and I said I ordered a Crunchwrap combo 15 minutes ago. They look at me confused like I'm a god damn mental retard... probably a punter or some sort of idiot. Eventually the manager steps in and asks what I ordered. He made it in THIRTY FUCKING SECONDS. He threw the tortilla on the counter put some beef and cheese on there and then a quick toast and threw the fries in straight from the frier. Boom fucking simple. I can't believe how retarded people are. We get home and eat. There's 9 tacos in one bag and missing nachos. Fucking retards. We drive back there and they take out these guns and start shootinn like cowboys and go pew pew. My sons are dead and I'm on meth. Good night. -

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell on the planet. True story -- ordering in the drive-thru lane, I was ordering 3 items. I had to repeat them no less than 5 times, and they STILL didn't get it right. By the last time, it was as if the girl was purposely screwing with me and reading back something completely different than what I was ordering ... drove up to the window and asked what the h*ll the problem was, and the girl was just laughing. I drove off. That's just one of about 4 separate incidents I had there over a year's time, but that was by far the worst, and last. They took forever, wouldn't get the order right, and this was when there would be no one in the drive-thru lane except myself and maybe one other car. Should be bulldozed. Will NEVER, EVER, EVER go there as long as I live.
